Melanie Igo - Receptionist

Melanie has been working at Bridgefoot for 12 years now. She has a NVQ 3 in Business Administration and is the practice pet insurance advisor (PIA). Her interests are running weight clinics for podgy pooches and tubby tabbies. She also wants to qualify as a Pet Bereavement Counsellor so she can run her own clinics for clients. She has a real soft spot for Rabbits, Guinea Pigs and Chinchillas.

Emma Caswell - Auxilliary Nurse

Emma has been with us for just under 2 years but has been nursing for 6 years. She runs various nurse appointments including dental and neutering checks. Her interests are in Exotic pets and she has a few of her own, including snails and stick insects. Her main man is her cat, Guiness, who she hand reared from a few days old.
