The Oakwood Referral Service was initiated in 1999 as demand for specialised skills rose.
Our team is lead by:- John Williams MA VetMB LLB CertVR FRCVS DipECVS, a European specialist in Small Animal Surgery. He has been active in providing continued education in the UK, Europe and USA. John publishes in journals and text books worldwide and has contributed to both editions of the BSAVA Manual of Gastroenterology. In addition he is Editor and a contributor to the BSAVA Manual of Canine and Feline Abdominal Surgery as well as the BSAVA Manual of Canine and Feline Wound Management.
