Remembering our beloved pets...
We had you 16 years, you gave us so much pleasure. We miss you and we always cherish the happy memories you gave us xxx
Despite the very short amount of time we had you, we all fell in love with you. More like a dog than a cat, your passing has left a big hole in our hearts….
To our beautiful girl! Thankyou for 15 years of memories and laughter and for getting us all through tough times. I will love you forever ❤️
Our beautiful girl. We lost her one week ago and miss her terribly. We had the Priviledge of having her from a puppy for 15 years. Chase those squirrels over the rainbow bridge xxx
Jet was a much loved Labradoodle who loved stealing tennis balls from other dogs. He is sorely missed by all the family but lives on in our hearts.
A special girl and a member of Cheshire dog display team. Miss you everyday baby girl 😥💖🐾
Lost my beloved gigsy a year ago next month to leukemia. I couldn’t have got through the last few months without Kate, Melanie and Emma at Bridgefoot. Not a day goes by I don’t miss or think about him. He took a pice of my heart the day he died. Miss you so much gigs. Xx
2 weeks today we lost our precious girl she was 10 years old and had gone through so much we will miss her terribly, run free baby girl 💔
We rescued Alf when he was a year old. He died in July, aged 16. It broke my heart to let him go, but it was what was best for him. He had dementia and was really struggling with it. Miss you so much Pup. 🐶❤
This little lady made it to 19 years old. After a rocky start being abandoned in a skip as a kitten, she was brought home to me and lived out the rest of her life as a pampered diva!

Reduced Service – Monday 27th December
Due to a dramatically increased number of positive covid cases in our clinical team we only have 2 vets able to provide clinical services today for the Willows Group.
We are therefore only able to offer an emergency out of hours service for critical cases, and cases will be seen at our hospital in Hartford, Northwich.
If your pet is ill, our team will do their best to assist you with triaging your pet’s symptoms to determine how to best manage their care so please bear with them as they try to work through what may be a challenging day for us all.
We hope to have normal service resumed as soon as possible but Covid is definitely making its presence felt this Christmas.
We wish you all a safe week and a Happy New Year
VERY IMPORTANT CLIENT INFORMATION
Please click here to read
Please respect our team
Covid has had a huge impact on our sector which means that we have fewer appointment times and fewer vets to look after an increased demand for our services.
Whilst the majority of clients understand the measures we are taking to ensure we can remain open, a small minority are verbally abusing our team members.
This will not be tolerated, and, if we feel your behaviour is unacceptable, we reserve the right to end the telephone conversation or ask you to leave the premises.
Emergency care must take priority but we will, as always, do our best to help
Thank you for your understanding
