Remembering our beloved pets...
Such a smashing boy. A foodie through and through and would do anything for a sausage. Had him for 14 years and we’re heartbroken he’s gone. Much love to Acorn for their care xxxxx
Our beautiful boy Kai age 10 love you forever gorgeous boy ♥
Our beautiful Belle gave us 16 years of wonderful, happy memories before her ill health forced us to make that difficult decision just 2 1/2 weeks ago. We will always miss her, and are grateful for the care from Willows Winsford
We said goodbye to our beautiful boy yesterday thank you to everyone at Beech House
It’s been nearly a year since we made the heartbreaking Decision to do the best thing for essentially my 1st born Nesta, every chocolate lab we see reminds us of him & chokes me up, I’m comforted I got him to 14.5 yrs & he had a great life full of joy. Miss you Aeros Pride xxxxx
Dawsie was ‘my person’. He was one in a million and I’ll always miss him xx
2 and half years have passed but it still breaks our hearts you are no longer with us Beech house always knew when you had arrived
Despite the best efforts of the Willows team, we sadly had to say goodbye to Marley our “big daft dog” The tears have stopped now but the smiles and fond memories will last forever.
We lost our gorgeous boy Dexter 6 weeks ago. He was a friendly, playful and loving Staffie. He loved to play with his best friend(Max, Brindle) who is lost without him. Would like to thank the Hartford team for making it possible for all of the family including Max to be with Dexter at the end
Rest in peace Percypig xx

Reduced Service – Monday 27th December
Due to a dramatically increased number of positive covid cases in our clinical team we only have 2 vets able to provide clinical services today for the Willows Group.
We are therefore only able to offer an emergency out of hours service for critical cases, and cases will be seen at our hospital in Hartford, Northwich.
If your pet is ill, our team will do their best to assist you with triaging your pet’s symptoms to determine how to best manage their care so please bear with them as they try to work through what may be a challenging day for us all.
We hope to have normal service resumed as soon as possible but Covid is definitely making its presence felt this Christmas.
We wish you all a safe week and a Happy New Year
VERY IMPORTANT CLIENT INFORMATION
Please click here to read
Please respect our team
Covid has had a huge impact on our sector which means that we have fewer appointment times and fewer vets to look after an increased demand for our services.
Whilst the majority of clients understand the measures we are taking to ensure we can remain open, a small minority are verbally abusing our team members.
This will not be tolerated, and, if we feel your behaviour is unacceptable, we reserve the right to end the telephone conversation or ask you to leave the premises.
Emergency care must take priority but we will, as always, do our best to help
Thank you for your understanding
