Head Nurse, The Firs Veterinary Surgery

We require a Head Nurse to join the team at The Firs Veterinary Surgery in Kelsall, Cheshire.

This role offers the opportunity to support our Clinical Director in leading the team within the practice where you will have the opportunity to really influence clinical nursing skills, run Nurse Clinics and support our Student Nurse so previous Clinical Coach training and experience would be a bonus to us, but training can be provided.  We are keen to further develop nurse clinics and are a cat friendly practice.  This is a real opportunity to develop your skills alongside mentoring and coaching others in order to achieve clinical excellence.

There is some flexibility in how the hours can be established for the right candidate between 25 – 30 hours per week over 3/4 days, including 1:4 Saturdays 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.  Plus 1:8 Saturdays or Sundays at Hartford and up to two Bank holidays per year.
