…a place where caring staff, outstanding veterinary care, and expertise come together. Our Hospital in Hartford has been at the heart of the community for almost 50 years, and whatever your pet’s needs, you can rest assured that Willows Veterinary Hospital has it covered. From a routine trip for vaccinations, nail trimming, or a check-up to more serious illness and injuries, our team is here for you.
Lead by our head vet Bruce Waddell, our friendly and dedicated team are on hand to make your visit go smoothly. And for added peace of mind, our practice is a Tier 3 Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Small Animal Hospital, which is the highest possible accreditation on the scheme. This plus our wealth of experience makes us the trusted choice for your pet.
Although we hope you never need us in an emergency, we understand that sometimes pets become unexpectedly ill or injured. Should this happen, we are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. As a Tier 3 Hospital, we provide emergency care from start to finish – with dedicated clinical night teams, meaning your pet is attended throughout their stay. And should your pet need further specialist treatment we have our own dedicated centre, Oakwood Veterinary Referrals, on site. No added stress, no added worry.
We know from over 50 years experience, that you want to come to a Veterinary Hospital that treats your pet like one of our own. However, we also understand how important it is to back this up with an excellent range of services and facilities. From a routine check-up, weight clinic visit or neutering to more complex problems involving diagnostic techniques, we aim to have the skills, knowledge, and technology to help.
Maintaining our excellent standards in facilities and services is extremely important to us.
