Dr Amy Sutton
Clinical Director and Veterinary Surgeon at Beech House Veterinary Centre
BVSc CertAVP MRCVSAfter graduating from Liverpool Vet School in 2006, Amy worked at various mixed, small animal, charity and referral practices. She joined Beech House Veterinary Centre in 2017, and helped them move into their new premises, and grow their emergency and out of hours service. She holds a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice, and has a keen interest in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery. Outside of work, she is kept busy with her three children and pets.

Dr Hannah Bills-Brown
Veterinary Surgeon at Beech House Veterinary Centre
BVM&S CertAVP MRCVSHannah graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2017, and joined the team at Beech House after completing her Advanced Practitioner Certificate. She has since passed her Synoptic Exam in Small Animal Internal Medicine. Her clinical passions include endocrinology, gastroenterology, ultrasonography and emergency medicine. In her own time, she enjoys playing netball, taking care of her pets and going for walks with her husband and their dog.

Mr Steven Harris

BVM&S CertVR MRCVSSteve qualified from Bristol University back in July 1997. He started working at Charter Vets as a new graduate in October 1997, after a short locum stint at his home in Jersey. For his first 3 years as a vet, he worked as a mixed small animal and farm animal vet. The following 3 years were spent travelling, mostly in Australia, New Zealand and Canada, working at various practices at home and abroad as a locum. He was then enticed back to Congleton to lead the small animal team, and since then has focused on small animals. Steve became a partner of Charter Vets in 2005 and then a partner in the wider Willows Veterinary Group after the merge in 2015. He is the Clinical Director at Congleton, heading up a great team of vets, nurses, and receptionists.
Steve enjoys the variety of all aspects of small animal work, especially surgery. Outside of work he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and windsurfing. He has a black Labrador called Rio, 4 chickens and 2 Guinea Pigs.

Dr Sami Hayton
Veterinary Surgeon at Hampton Veterinary Centre
BVSc PGCertSAM MRCVSSami joined Hampton Vets in September 2020 after locuming for the Willows Vet Group. With over 10 years’ experience in practice, she has a passion for medicine and holds a Amall Animal Medicine Certificate, but enjoys all areas of her job.
She lives at home with her husband and son and in her spare time, she loves looking after her pets which include a goat, a sheep and some ducks. She is also a keen gardener and grows her own vegetables which she also brings in to share with the Hampton team.

Dr Philippa Bradley
Clinical Director and Veterinary Surgeon at Laurels Veterinary Surgery
BVetMed CertAVP MRCVSPhilippa graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in London in 2008 and after working for a mixed practice in Shropshire and then New Zealand, joined the Willows Vet Group in 2011 as a small animal vet. Philippa became an integral part of the team at Beech House Veterinary Centre, and when the opportunity arose in 2017 to head her own practice at Orford it was a perfect fit. in 2022, another opportunity opened up at our practice in Runcorn, Laurels, which is where you will find Philippa practicing now. Philippa has recently achieved a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (certAVP) and spends her spare time doing agility with her Labradoodles, Millie and Ollie, and spending time with her collies Rebel and Savannah.

Miss Ruth Taylor
Clinical Director and Veterinary Surgeon at The Firs Veterinary Surgery
BVSc CertAVP MRCVSRuth graduated from Liverpool University in 2011, having trained and worked as a vet nurse for 5 years before applying to vet school.
She has a specific interest in pain management and dermatology (skin and ears) and has post-graduate qualifications in both subject areas.
Ruth has lived and worked in the Northwich area for the last 11 years, and has two little Jack Russell crosses called Minnie and Mollie. She looks forward to meeting you and your pets!

BVMS PGCertSAM MRCVSLucy graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2004, and has worked in small animal practices ever since. She joined the Willows team in 2013, and completed her post-graduate certificate in small animal medicine in 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, dancing and taking care of her dog, cat and tortoise.
